Exchange or return your products via our EXCHANGE/RETURN PORTAL




RETURN INFORMATION

  • You'll need your ORDER NUMBER, and ZIP/POSTAL CODE or EMAIL ADDRESS
  • EXCHANGES and Returns for STORE CREDIT are FREE!
  • Refunds to original payment methods (not store credit) will be assessed a handling fee for the return shipping label.
  • Again, RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT are FREE and will not be assessed a handling fee.
  • Exchange orders and returns for store credit will be processed as soon as your return package is scanned by USPS. Please get them in the mail as quickly as possible to assure you will receive the exchanged item you requested.
  • Please allow 7 days for delivery back to us.
  • Returns can then take another 7 days to process once received at our facility.
  • Refunds to original payment methods can take up to 10 business days to process.
  • Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
  • Our return shipping method is USPS. 
  • We provide two methods for your return shipping label.
    • QR CODE: Please package up your items and display the QR CODE at any USPS Label Broker. 
    • SHIPPING LABEL: If you have access to a printer, please select this option and print the label. Package up your items and tape the label to the package. You can then put the package in  your mailbox or drop it off at a local USPS drop off location.
  • We have partnered with Happy Returns for easy and immediate processing of your request.
    • There is no shipping label or box needed for Happy Returns.
  • For EXCHANGES, stock is not reserved. If your requested item(s) go out of stock before your exchange package is scanned by USPS, you will receive a refund for the out of stock item(s). We highly recommend printing and sending out your exchange package as quickly as possible to avoid this issue.

Notes:

  • Orders that have a split payment with a gift voucher; refunds will be applied to the gift voucher code first. 
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. 
  • Returns on orders that included a free gift, but the free gift was not returned; If the refund brings the total order value below the free gift threshold, you will be charged for the free gift. This value will be removed from the refund requested.
