Train Like a Hero - Murph Training Calendar

Every year we do this challenging workout Memorial Day weekend in honor of Murph and those we have lost. This workout is known as a Hero Workout.

What is Train Like A Hero?

This program is made up of daily challenges to help prepare you for the Murph workout. We will be giving away a prize each week to one lucky winner with a grand prize at the end of the training.

How do I receive the Murph Training Calendar?

Can I participate without access to a gym or any equipment?

Yes! The challenges are designed to be bodyweight only or low equipment. You can also post in our CVG Nation App and tag the coaches if you need a specific modification!.

How long will the daily challenges take?

All of the challenges are designed to be completed within a 10-30 minute time frame.

Which version is right for me?

There are 4 versions of MURP; RX Murph, Full Murph, Half Murph, and Quarter Murph. We have them broken down below.
