We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your package!
If you package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please check your email confirmation to reconfirm the shipping address that was provided at checkout. If the shipping address is correct and you have not received your package, CVG is not responsible for replacing it.
You can also check with others in case someone else has collected the package for you. Depending on the shipping address this could be a neighbor, family member, co-worker, front desk, office manager, etc.
Please keep in mind that there are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so.
If it has been 3 business days since your shipment was marked delivered and you still have not received it, please reach out to [email protected]. We will be able to assist you further in resolving this issue.
